Oral / Transdermal… absorption through oral magnesium is approximately 5-12% whereas through the skin is 94-97%. It is recommended we use 5-10 sprays of Magnesium Oil per day. Simply spray directly onto painful areas and rub in; or if you are wanting to increase the magnesium level in your body just spray onto your wrist, behind your knees, or into the tops of your feet.
